Musk's criticism, however, faced response from the cryptocurrency community where users recalled that Tesla is now accepting dogecoin (DOGE) for merchandise. As of press time, the Tesla CEO has not responded to the accusations.
The comments come after Twitter Blue Labs, a premium subscription service, launched early access to NFT profile pictures for users with iOS devices. Now, users can link their Ethereum wallets to Twitter accounts to verify NFTs as profile avatars via OpenSea's API. The social network supports MetaMask, Ledger Live, Rainbow, Argent and, Coinbase Wallet, and others.
