According to a survey conducted by US magazine Forbes among 65 billionaires, almost 30% of these invest in cryptocurrencies.
The publication claims this figure is higher than that of investors who do not have a fortune of $1 billion.
About 18% of respondents claim to have at least 1% of their wealth in cryptocurrencies. Most of these have made their investments in the sector as an experiment.

80% of billionaires who have invested in cryptocurrencies claim to have invested less than a tenth of their wealth, while only 3.2% of respondents have invested more than half of their wealth in digital assets.
Another 10% say they have not invested directly in cryptocurrencies, but have supported companies focused on the sector.
