On Friday, February 8th, 2019 cryptocurrency litecoin (LTC) succeeded to surge 30.91% (seven-month high) just within the one-day timeframe. With such a sharp increase, litecoin has become the 4th largest crypto by market cap, according to data from CoinMarketCap.
Following litecoin, almost all of the first 100 cryptocurrencies by market cap see a powerful rise in price.
At press time, litecoin is trading at $43.46 (+30.91%).
Earlier, litecoin reached a key milestone — 60 million LTC in circulation.
