Cornerstone Research report reveals that of the 750 securities lawsuits filed in the U.S. in the past 10 years, only 2% of those are related to ICO’s.
The figure opposes a generally negative notion that most ICO’s are fraudulent. And even though 2018 set a record of 7 suits in comparison to 5 for 2017, the overall number of cases is still insignificant.
