Russia came second based on the number of ICOs held. Russians conducted 45 ICOs, raising a total of $240.6 million in the first quarter of 2018.
The first place is held by Ukraine. Its citizens organized record 54 ICOs, which raised $96 million. Next in line with a large gap are UK, USA and China. Citizens of these countries conducted 16, 12 and 11 ICOs respectively.
