Following the EU's fifth round of sanctions against Russia, Binance imposed sanctions against the citizens of this country. From now on, Russian customers with more than €10,000 in crypto assets will only be able to use the withdrawal function. From now on, such Binance customers will not be able to trade on the exchange or deposit additional funds into their accounts.

FTX is reportedly weighing plans to go public as Goldman Sachs CEO David Solomon met FTX Founder Sam Bankman-Fried in March this year to discuss potential partnership. According to a report, the New York-based banking giant wants to advise the exchange on future funding rounds, and FTX's two chief execs discussed if the bank could participate in a potential initial public offering.

Crypto exchange and wallet provider Blockchain.com is exploring the possibility of going public this year, Bloomberg has reported citing sources familiar with the matter. However, at this stage, the company is discussing with investment banks the organization of the initial placement process.

Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase officially launched its own marketplace for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), but in beta mode for select users only. The exchange said in a blog announcement that beta testers can create their profiles to buy and sell digital collectibles using any self-custody wallet.
