Chinese residents learned to bypass ICO ban:

As reported by Chinese news agency Xinhua the official ICO ban in China is being bypassed with the help of fictitious firms. The publication notes that after the ban the crypto companies of the country moved their business abroad, most chose Malta. At the same time sites of new registered companies widely use Chinese language, which indicates the buypass of the state ban.
