It’s always good to reminisce about the three warm summer months when the autumn chill is just around the corner. And like all of us this summer, bitcoin has had quite the adventure. Let us delve into bitcoin's holiday and remind ourselves what happened to the crypto father during his summer break.

The summer was a hot one, and during that heat bitcoin mainly spent most of its time in the shade between $6,000 and $7,000.

While most of us try to shed a few pounds before the summer, bitcoin came out lighter than it went in. On June 1, the first crypto was around $7,500, and now on August 31, it's just under $7,000. The journey the crypto took from June to August can only be described as a waterslide. Up and down, up and down, down, down and up again.

The day that bitcoin will be telling all his friends about, nagging them with his summer shots, is quite clearly July 25, when bitcoin jumped to $8,338, however, stories from a month prior to that will be left untold since that was the lowest day for bitcoin. On June 24 a sandy bed of $5,858 was hit. But all turned out well, or at least agreeable, and the coin didn’t drown. It didn’t exactly skyrocket either, but who knows, maybe the autumn freshness will revive bitcoin and it will forget about all the things it didn’t do and places it didn't go during the summer.
