Zcash Foundation Announced a Partnership With StarkWare Industries

Zcash recently announced that it would be entering into a business alliance with StarkWare Industries, industry which develops STARKs. This cryptographic proof system makes the blockchain more secure and private. The partnership aims to provide a better and secure platform for customers. Against the news of the new partnership, Zcash rate rose 5.39%.

RBZ has recently banned financial institutions from dealing with bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies. The ban applies to all financial instituions. “The Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe has not authorized or licensed any person or entity or exchange for the issuance, sale, purchase, exchange or investment in any virtualcurrencies/coins/tokens in Zimbabwe”, local media NewsDay reports.

Nvidia Corp., graphics card manufacturer, revealed for the first time itsrevenues generated from chip sales to the cryptocurrency market. The company had generated a revenue of $289 million. Demand was stronger than expected in the first quarter of the year. Сompany representatives predicted that the sales would drop off during the 2nd quarter.
