Hackers Affected More Than 300 Sites to Mine Monero
Troy Mursch, security researcher with the Bad Packets Report, discovered and released information about 392 endangered web pages using Drupal content management system. Updating to the new version will protect users. The hack devastated multiple organisations’ websites - universities, museums, banks and media outlets all took a hit. Oracle to Unveil Blockchain Software
Oracle is about to unveil a range of blockchain software, thus joining a growing list of companies that offer products using distributed ledger technology. The company is about to reveal a new blockchain-powered service platform and multiple related applications next month. Banco de Chile plans to use the software to track inter-bank transactions. Nigerian government also plans to benefit from decentralized ledger technology to monitor customs and imports.
Bytecoin grew 113% in just a few hours
The rate began to grow right after Binance Exchange announced the addition of altcoin. Cryptocurrency is already available for trading in pairs BCN/BNB, BCN/BTC and BCN/ETH. Total capitalization of Bytecoin also increased to $ 2.7 billion. Altcoin immediately rose from 25th to 15th place in the list of the largest cryptocurrencies.
