They are organized fraud, will not respond to withdrawal request and unethical.

After being conned into putting in 2k more into my account after having $500 already, I received a call from the broker, initially seemed legit. The next day however I informed the broker that I do not wish to continue and after having chatted with me to stay. He finally conceded.My request for withdrawal however has not been done as yet. And after having sent emails every week to support and complaints still nothing, till I tried their live chat. There I was told that the broker needs to approve the withdrawal, and apparently the broker claimed that he could not get in touch with me "how could he if he has not tried calling me". Opteck is a scam stay away from them, when they want you to put your money in you will receive lots of calls. But when you want to withdraw, Not a single reply to your mails.

I wanted to update that my issue is resolved about my withdrawals (almost after 2 months). After all the good profits I made, I started live testing and tweaking some other strategies bringing my account balance from $4000 to $800. Believing that I can't get any money back I didn't care if I won or lost. I decided to withdraw all the amount just to try my luck and be done with it and not look back. Two weeks later (in August) I received my initial deposit of $250 back to my credit card and the remaining profits wired transferred to my bank account. I finally got to speak with an actual person working in their billing department and these were the guidelines that she explained to me: 1. Trade volume MUST be met before withdrawals can be made (Even though it stated clearly thats not necessary on the Terms and Conditions, it actually IS required) 2. Clients are required to CEASE from trading on their platform after a withdrawal request is made. Trading can continue AFTER you get your money. Failure to do so, withdrawal requests will automatically be canceled WITHOUT notice for accounting and billing reasons. Then you need to make another withdrawal request and wait. 3. Withdrawal requests are at least 5 - 10 business days (Not 3 - 5 as written in the T&C). And she also said that these are the current T&C that it can change without notice and that they may not need to update it until further notice (which is part of the terms and conditions as well) ... will I go back? Maybe yes. 2013-07-29 Do not trust all the good reviews from FXempire.com, USBinaryOptions.com, and other UK/Cyprus websites that posts good reviews because they are an affiliate of scam brokers and they get paid for refering people to them with their promising reviews. Lookup their "whois" IP domain address, they are all located in the UK area. I deposited $250 and emailed all my documents as requested for verification. I used RSI retracements/reversal strategy along with a few other custom indicators. In two weeks, I went from $250 to $4200 and then immediately my account manager contacted me and offered a VIP account where I'm required to deposit a total of $5000. I refused then he offered me a payment plan. I refused again. And he kept pressing me to make more deposit and promise how great a VIP account can change everything for me... so I found that very fishy and requested a withdrawal request of $300 and see what they are going to do. Two days later they asked me to email a wire transfer details to my bank account and I did so. Two weeks later I haven't received any payment. I called and we communicate some more (yes they have my wire transfer info) then I'm getting excuses "they are pressing the billing department to process my withdrawal requests". I waited another week. Emailed and called them now I got the silent treatment. Waited another week and no respond. I requested to withdraw the ENTIRE amount in my balance and waited a week. I still got dead silence and no response to my email. For almost 4 weeks in total of waiting, I got nothing back in return, not even my initial deposit of $250. This company is a total fraud and they are NOT regulated, if they are then they can NOT accept clients from USA and Canada. I posted this same review at FXempire and they DELETED my post.
