Ally Invest

Awful awful awful. They have some of the worst customer service out there. Questions emailed to them (where is my money question) never answered. Send them a check, check clears (I use the same bank as them) but they don't credit my account for almost two weeks now. Ask me to send them verification it's cleared etc., (sorry but that's their job) tell them they have my money which should be enough verification and they get hostile. Can't request my money back because it's not in my account so there is no money to be requested etc. Awful will most likely file complaints with any gov't organization I can find. Useless.

I don't like them. I thought they might be one of the best but when I deposited some money and attempted to withdraw it, I had problems. Its been 7 days as today july 5, 2013 and I still do not have any money back. I did speak with a rep. who told me it would be processed today when I asked about all my previous attempts and communications, how come no response, he said nothing. Sorry but I can not reccomend them.

There are less than a handful of brokers that you know for sure do not trade against will not comingle your funds and will not disappear with your trading account. MB Trading is one of them hands down best data feed for forex, great platform, if your a position trader or swing trader then spreads don't matter to you if your a scalper then MB is the only way to go, FXCM, FOREX and GAIN will all milk you with bad spreads and slippage as long as you keep trading through them and most other large brokers in this industry. Are the guys at MB Trading Salesmen NO they are lousy at that part. They can barely convince you to fund an account with them they don't know how to fluff up their service, its like hi thanks for calling you want a legitimate broker with excellent fills then fill out an app and fund your account; welcome to the family if not then look elsewhere. That's the best way I can sum it up. Rarely have I seen their data go down if ever in fact I've FXCM choke on me way more often. These guys are registered with all US requirements so your accounts are as safe as can be with a broker. Anyone who wants hand holding to learn how to trade and use the platform you will not find that here they don't have the resources to provide that kind of service their pay for limit account is great if your placing limit orders they actually pay you for each trade/lot try finding that at other reputable brokers to provide liquidity.
