10market essentially stole 36K from me in very bad trades - I have a MANAGED account (3-5% risk and no binary trading) and after numerous attempts to close my account they said I could not as I had taken a credit and a minimum amount of trading had to be made. They traded to the minimum amount of trades and then put me on some binary trading program which automatically took commission on the trade then it was closed at a loss or $2 profit (Comms and swaps $35) so a big loss - they would open 20 or 30 of the identical trades and close them off before they can make any profit. I specifically said to Anna Kaplan and John Penrose NO BINARY trading - but they did it anyway. I was then put through to the recover team - Dylan Wood who then said he will put together a plan to recover my account - with his first trade he is loosing me over 60% and the strategy he is using is "wait and hope" - stay away from the account "managers" see 10marketsscam.com for the breakdown of the trades.

I beg of you, do not deposit your money with these people. They are extremely underhanded. I signed up to a pooled account with them, very big mistake under the impression they were going to place trades on Hang Seng. To my surprise, i saw USD 50k had left my bank balance, I found out that they placed traces on IBEX and Cocoa, DAX without my knowledge. Now all my money is gone. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The staff are hard to get through to, they dont give straight answers and give you silly reasons when you try to withdraw. Do not trade with them, even if I had won the above Trades I would not continue with them because of how they conduct themselves. Please stay away from them.
